the welcome from staff were lovely and they took me to my room. i was also told about free parking just a short walk away. i liked they decor too, with quirky little touches.
the steps to rooms was steep. the bathroom dont have a door handle either, was very small so there wasn't no hanging space for clothes.

the staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival, they even escorted me to my room instead of just giving directions.
The bathroom door lacked a handle, i found this quite inconvenient. Also the small standard twin room had limited hanging space for clothes.

The room was a complete letdown! the window wouldn't open. this made the room stuffy and unbearable! the bathroom door was too low. I kept hitting my head. it seemed like the room was thrown together.

The staff WAs very friendly and helpful. They showed us where to park for FREE. the room had big coffee mugs and a nice selection of tea. i liked the quirky decor in the room VERY much.
The toilet seat was loose. I felt very unsafe, because i have mobility problems. there were very steep steps to the rooms. This was DIFFICULT. there was no door handle on the bathroom door, inconvenient.

The location is very central. It is near the railway and bus station. The staff was great. They provided helpful information regarding local attractions. The room felt cozy with nice little touches.
